BeadMaid does not fill or maintain back orders. Once your order is processed and posted, no further stock will be sent from that order.
Q: Why do I have to pay postage if I only want a small item?
The cost of shipping a single item often is more than the value of the item.

Yes you are absolutely right! The business started with my personal stock and without much capital, so my selection was small right from the start.
Q: Can you send me samples?
I run my business on slim profits, and sending samples costs money. Product photos are good enough, I think, to give you an accurate idea of what the beads look like.
Q: Can you send me a catalogue?
I don’t have a catalogue. By the time the catalogue arrived from the printers, several beads would be out of stock! Also, catalogues are expensive, and I am trying to keep the prices down.
